Technical Assistance

One of the unique aspects of the Institute is that we offer assistance to law enforcement and communities to address individual community needs.  Urban setting needs may be very different from those of a rural community.

The Institute will meet with your community leaders and/or law enforcement leadership to discuss and design a program to address your specific concerns. We will continue to assist you until the programs you want instituted are well established. Please contact Pamela J. Pillsbury at (610) 969-2476 or by email at ppillsbury@parcpi.com  for further information or assistance.
